Christine Baughman, RN – Owner/Office Manager
Christine Baughman and her husband, Dr. Henry Baughman, opened Promise Pediatrics together in 2001 with a goal of providing quality pediatric care to North Georgia. She received her registered nursing degree from Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR and now resides in Ringgold, GA, with her husband and children. When time permits, Christie enjoys traveling, ministering to foreign countries, and spending time with her children.

Elizabeth Lambert – Licensed Practical Nurse
Elizabeth resides in Ringgold, GA, with her husband, little boy, and dog. She received her LPN from Georgia Northwestern Technical College. On the weekends she enjoys spending time with her family and attending as many baseball events as possible.
Terri Camp – Certified Medical Assistant
Terri calls Fort Oglethorpe, GA, home and lives with her husband, two children, and dog, Athens. She earned her certificate in medical assisting from Georgia Northwestern Technical College and enjoys watching football with her family and spending time outdoors.
Angie Fitzgerald – Medical Assistant
Angie lives in Lafayette, GA, with her 3 children and dog, Zeus. She studied medical assisting at Academy of Allied Health. In her spare time she enjoys crafting and catching up on TV.
Shelley Liedel – Licensed Practical Nurse
Shelley resides in Ringgold, GA along with her two boys. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time out on the water with her family, attending her children’s sporting events, DIY projects, singing, dancing, cooking, and trail riding. Shelley is always up for an adventure.
Billing Office
Heather Dinkins – Billing Associate
Heather lives in Ringgold with her husband and daughter. Her son is in the Army and is currently stationed in Colorado. She loves spending time with their family which includes a sweet hearted bulldog named Zoey. They enjoy hiking, kayaking, fishing, playing board games with extended family, and napping with a noisy bulldog.
Ella Janow – Receptionist/Billing Department
Ella lives in Lafayette, GA with her very energetic, beautiful little boy. She has been in the medical field since 2023 including radiology, oncology, and patient care services. She enjoys warm weather, spending time with family, and watching her son learn and thrive. We are excited that Ella is part of the Promise Pediatrics family.

Roxie Becerra – Receptionist
Roxie loves to watch her son play baseball, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. All of us at Promise Pediatrics want to congratulate her for her recent marriage.
