We at Promise Pediatrics, LLC believe in keeping your child’s health our main priority. We know how much you treasure your child and our office treasures them as well. Our staff welcomes new patients with open arms and strives to accommodate you when scheduling an appointment for your child. We understand you will have questions and concerns to relay to our providers, so we ensure ample time for each appointment. We are here for you and strive to keep your child happy and healthy. Henry J. Baughman, M.D.

Dr. Henry Baughman is a pediatrician in Ringgold, GA and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area, including Parkridge East Hospital, Erlanger East Hospital, and Erlanger Hospital. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Dr. Baugham is a physician dedicated to helping kids of all age groups. He offers comprehensive health care for newborns, young children & teens. As a pediatrician, Dr. Baughman is a primary care provider, the first point of contact when a patient is sick. Dr. Baughman is trained to provide well-rounded health care for children of all ages and works very closely with the patient’s parents & family making sure that the child is developing & maturing properly.

Dr. Baughman will continue to bring his patients the best possible healthcare services. Ease of access, prompt and courteous service, and responsiveness to our patients’ concerns will always be our primary goals. In a compassionate and healthy environment, we aim to enhance the quality of life for children, their families, and communities.

Joshua D. Cole, NP-C

Nurse Practitioner Joshua D. Cole graduated with his bachelor’s of science in 2007 from the University of West Georgia and completed his master’s in nursing from Southern Adventist University in 2014. He is board certified with and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to his work in pediatrics, he was a nurse in the ICU for seven years. Joshua enjoys all age ranges of pediatric patients and his favorite part about the job is “making a child’s day brighter, seeing them smile, and helping them to regain their health”. Joshua resides in Ringgold, GA, with his wife and children, enjoying outdoor activities of any kind, running trails, and playing with his children and chickens.

Rebekah Harvey, NP-C

Nurse Practitioner Rebekah Harvey graduated in 2006 with her associate’s degree in nursing from Southern Adventist University, earned her bachelor’s in 2011 from Adventist College of Health Sciences, and returned to Southern for her master’s in nursing in 2015. She is board certified with and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to pediatrics, Rebekah gained 10 years of nursing experience in maternity care and lactation support. Rebekah believes that the “best part about pediatrics is supporting the parent and child through both good times and unexpected difficulties, and watching them both come out on the other side healthier and happier”. She lives in Apison, TN, with her husband and children, enjoys adventures with her family, and being kept on her toes with her three boys.

Tinsley Hensley, CPNP-PC

Nurse Practitioner Tinsley Hensley resides in Ringgold with her husband and three children, a set of twins (one girl, one boy), and her teenage daughter. She gained her undergraduate degree from Duke University in North Carolina and earned her Masters in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2004. She is a registered nurse, a master of science in nursing, and a certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Her favorite part of the job is being able to love on and be a part of each patient’s life as she watches them grow older. “Being able to pour love, inspiration, and some education into the lives of the patients in hopes of improving their trajectory of success into their adult lives is why I do what I do.” In her spare time she enjoys running, camping, hiking, and just being outdoors with her family.

Kathleen Griffith, FNP-C

Kathleen Griffith graduated with her bachelor’s in Nursing at the University of North Georgia in 2016 and returned for her master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Kathleen worked in a variety of fields, including community health in Glacier National Park, hospital floor nursing and home health pediatrics. She and her husband live in Ringgold with their daughter, Eliza. They enjoy the outdoors, music, and hanging out with friends and family. Kathleen states that the best part of working in pediatrics is “cultivating a relationship with each child that encourages them towards a healthy and whole lifestyle.”
